Currently, the global optoelectronics industry is experiencing a new wave of technological transformation. Rapid advancements in fields such as 5G communications, renewable energy, and quantum technology are driving a sustained surge in demand for high-performance optoelectronic functional materials. The General Manager of Yaoxi Technology stated that the company will continue to remain firmly rooted in Xiamen, with "technological innovation" as its core growth engine. On one hand, Yaoxi plans to significantly increase R&D investments, aiming to establish an "Optoelectronic Functional Crystal Engineering Technology Research Center" within the next two years—and will introduce cutting-edge, internationally advanced crystal-growth and testing equipment. On the other hand, the company is expanding into overseas markets, having already reached preliminary cooperation agreements with several laser equipment manufacturers in Southeast Asia and Europe, paving the way for domestically produced, high-performance optoelectronic crystals to go global.
It is reported that Yaoxi Technology has already completed the planning and construction of its new production facility at the Xiamen Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Accelerator in Jimei District, Xiamen. Once operational in the first quarter of next year, the facility is expected to boost annual production capacity to 5,000 laser crystals and 3,000 scintillation crystals, further strengthening the company's market share in its niche segment. Moving forward, this technology enterprise—born on the picturesque "Lu Island"—will remain steadfastly committed to its mission of "driving the domestic substitution of optoelectronic materials," steadily advancing on the path toward technological self-reliance and strength, and injecting even more "Xiamen Power" into the high-quality development of China's optoelectronic industry.
