The 14th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition – National Finals in New Materials is about to begin. Relevant details are hereby announced as follows:

1. Participating Companies

Companies shortlisted for the National Finals of the 14th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in the New Materials category.

II. Event Schedule

Event time: 2025 Year 11 Month 17 Day— 20 Day

11 Month 17 Contestants will check in this afternoon;

11 Month 18 The opening ceremony will be held in the morning, followed by pre-competition training and group draw in the afternoon.

11 Month 19 Day semifinal roadshow, awarding medals to outstanding companies;

11 Month 20 The final roadshow and award ceremony will be held today.

3. Competition Venue

4. Entry Requirements

(1) On-site Statement

Each company selects 1 A designated representative will participate in the competition; this representative should be a key member of the company. ( Such as the founder, CEO Wait ) , with strong presentation and articulation skills.

(II) On-site Demonstration

Participating companies must provide the equipment used for the competition. PPT Digital version (slide size is 16:9 , the file should be named: "14th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition – National Finals for New Materials + Company Name." Participating companies can decide independently whether to showcase physical models such as products or samples during the competition. If you have any specially designed competition props, please coordinate in advance with the event support contact person.

(III) Related Expenses

The competition does not charge any entry fees to participating companies. However, companies are responsible for covering their own expenses related to travel, accommodation, and meals incurred during the competition or associated activities. Please note that the event will not provide centralized accommodation arrangements; instead, company representatives are encouraged to independently explore local lodging and dining options near the competition venue. (Local organizers will offer participating companies access to information about nearby hotels along with negotiated rates.)

5. Competition Guidelines

(1) Draw-and-group method

Companies are divided into several Growth Groups and Startup Groups, and the competition proceeds in the order determined by a random on-site draw. Any company that fails to compete according to its assigned group ranking will be automatically disqualified and will not be given a make-up match. However, if a company cannot participate due to unavoidable circumstances, it must follow the unified arrangements made by the Competition Office.

(II) Competition Mode

Adopting the " 8 + 7 "Presenting in the designated format, with each participating company representative allotted a specific time for their presentation." 8 Minutes—Judges' Q&A Session 7 Minutes.

(III) Selection Process

Judges independently score the entries and reveal the scores on the spot, immediately announcing each company's total points. Based on the final rankings of each group’s performance, outstanding companies will be selected according to a predetermined ratio, while also identifying the enterprises that advance to the finals.
