Job Description:
1. Responsible for implementing product quality standards and inspection procedures;
2. Carefully review the product's production records, including details on raw material usage, processing procedures, and other relevant information;
3. Utilize various testing equipment to conduct tests on the product's physical properties, chemical composition, and other relevant aspects;
4. Promptly provide corrective suggestions for identified nonconforming products and follow up on their resolution.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as optics, materials science, physics, chemistry, mechanical design, or a related discipline.
2. More than 3 years of production management experience; preference will be given to candidates with experience managing production in medium- to large-sized manufacturing enterprises.
3. Familiar with modern production and quality management principles, and proficient in production management software such as ERP and MRP.
4. Possesses strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in team management.
5. Possess strong English reading and writing skills.
