Job Responsibilities:
1. Able to read blueprints and assemble components according to the drawings, as well as perform basic debugging.
2. Regularly check the equipment's operational status, perform daily maintenance tasks, promptly report and address any issues found, and ensure safe production operations.
4. Strictly adhere to all operating procedures and regulations to ensure standardized production.
5. Complete tasks assigned temporarily by higher-level leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Open to both men and women, aged 20–45, with high school education or higher.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as optical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or related industries, along with relevant industry experience.
3. Diligent and responsible in work, meticulous, adaptable, highly hands-on, willing to follow the company’s work arrangements, and able to commit to overtime when needed.
4. Recent graduates are also welcome, with manufacturing internship experience preferred.
