Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing the cold-processing procedures of optical components, including critical steps such as grinding, polishing, and centering, ensuring that products meet precision standards.
2. Monitor equipment status and process parameters during production, promptly adjusting indicators such as slurry concentration and polishing pressure to address precision deviations in the machining process.
3. Record production data and analyze processing yield, identify common issues, and propose process optimization solutions to enhance efficiency.
4. Collaborate with the quality control department to establish component inspection standards, participate in the acceptance of finished products, and assist in identifying the root causes of defective products while developing corrective measures for improvement.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Optical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Science, etc., with a solid understanding of the basic properties of optical components.
2. Possess 1–3 years of hands-on experience in optical cold working, proficiently operate equipment such as grinders and polishers, and master the use of inspection tools like the Zygo interferometer.
3. Familiar with the principles of optical cold-working processes, capable of interpreting optical drawings and tolerance requirements, and knowledgeable about the processing differences among various materials such as photoelectric crystals, ceramics, quartz, and K9 glass.
4. Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, able to adapt to the work environment in a production workshop, and demonstrates a sense of teamwork.
